Hand Painted Peacock Silk Bracelet
Hand painted Peacock Silk Bracelet in a silver-plated setting (each silk image diameter 23 mm) with a silver plated toggle clasp. Total length of bracelet including the clasp is 21cm. The image is hand painted on pure silk crepe de chine. Comes in a soft cotton bag. I have tried to ensure the photos accurately represent the colour of the item but please allow for the fact that screens vary. The bracelet can be gently hand washed using a mild detergent.
This unique hand painted bracelet was inspired by peacock feathers. Apparently it takes the male peacock three years to grow the beautiful showy feathers but they shed them regularly after mating and grow more.
