Lark & Stormy The Skylark is part of my ‘Boozy Birds’ painting series. The skylark likes open countryside, from lowland farmland to upland moorland. It is easiest to identify from its distinctive call and flight pattern. Sadly numbers have decreased so much in the UK it is now on the endangered list. I’ve tried a dark and stormy on holiday and the combination of dark rum and ginger ale wasn’t for me but I think this skylark is a great addition to the exotic look
