Chew Valley Lake From Black Down Coaster
If you park in the layby at the top of Burrington Combe, just across the road there is a great track that leads up on to the top of Black Down. Black Down is the highest point in the Mendip Hills and on a clear day you can enjoy spectacular views from the coast across to Blagdon and Chew Valley lakes. It was a blustery and showery day when I went up and I loved the patches of light which scudded across the hills in the background.
This cork backed high gloss coaster is printed with a high quality image of my Chew Valley Lake From Black Down Silk Painting. The coaster is 95 x 95 mm.
